About the Frayser Tennis Center:

- The 8 outdoor tennis courts are open to the public during Ed Rice Community Center hours of operation
|
- There is no charge to play on the courts
|
- The Community Center Director has keys and will unlock the courts upon request
|
- Only authorized persons can give tennis lessons or clinics
