About the Frayser Tennis Center:
  • The 8 outdoor tennis courts are open to the public during Ed Rice Community Center summer hours of operation
  • There is no charge to play on the courts
  • The Community Center Director has keys and will unlock the courts upon request
  • Only authorized persons can give tennis lessons or clinics
