Cancellation Policy for all Memphis Public Tennis Centers
In order to standardize the reservations process, MPTC will enforce its cancellation policy starting February 1st. An 8 hour reservation cancellation notice will be required and fees will be imposed for non-compliance.
To facilitate policy adherence, we are asking all players to help us with the following:
· Please reserve court(s) after confirming all player participation
· If you must cancel, please do so at least 8 hours prior to court time
· Cancel during business hours through a front desk staff person
(not the answering service)
Players should not be prevented from using MPTC facilities when courts are reserved but not used. By discouraging this activity, MPTC will be able to provide you with more accurate court availability information.

MPTC Cancellation Policy:

“Late Cancellation” fee: In the event that a cancellation is made less than eight (8) hours before the court reservation is to begin the person whose name appears on the reservation shall pay a fee equal to one-half (˝) of the regular court fee for that court if the court is not sold.
“No Show” fee: In the event no one cancels or shows up to use the court, the person whose name appears on the reservation shall pay a penalty equal to the regular court rate, or future court reservations may be denied.”

- Court rates are per court
- Court time sold in 1 ˝ hour blocks
- Prime time is 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Non-prime time is 7:30 to 9:00 AM and 9:00 to 10:30 PM

Outdoor free play is offered on Saturdays from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
